About me[edit]

I started editing Wikipedia in 2006, I was known as King of the North East until 13 February 2008 when I changed my username to English peasant (EP) to better reflect my position in British society. On 8 December 2008 I changed it back to King of the North East in order to unify my accounts.

I was a hard core Wikipedia editor between 2006-09 creating over 1,000 articles and doing tens of thousands of edits, adding photos, infoboxes, categories, missing information and references. I have slowed down a lot now but occasionally pop back to do a few edits on the subject of South American football.

Many of the articles I created were the first comprehensive biographies of historical figures from South American football ever to appear on the internet in any language.
