The Raisina Dialogue 2024 marks the 9th edition of India's premier conference on geopolitics and geo-economics, establishing itself as a pivotal platform for discussing the most pressing issues that the global community faces today. This event is renowned for its comprehensive approach to addressing key international challenges, fostering dialogue among a diverse set of voices from around the world.

Location: New Delhi, India
Organizers: The conference is organized by the Observer Research Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.

Key Highlights[edit]

Inauguration: The dialogue is set to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on February 21, 2024.
Chief Guest: H.E. Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), will serve as the Chief Guest, delivering the keynote address during the inaugural session.
Participants: The event will see participation from over 100 countries, including Ministers, former Heads of State and Government, Military Commanders, Industry Leaders, Technologists, Academics, Journalists, Strategic Affairs Scholars, Think Tank Experts, and Youth.
Theme: The 2024 edition is themed "Chaturanga: Conflict, Contest, Cooperate, Create," aimed at exploring solutions through cooperation and creative strategies across various domains.

Decolonising Multilateralism: Institutions & Inclusion - Reimagining a more inclusive approach to global governance.
The Post 2030 Agenda: People & Progress - Charting paths for progress beyond the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
Defending Democracy: Society & Sovereignty - Addressing challenges to democracy and sovereignty in a digital age.

The event will host over 2500 participants in-person from approximately 115 countries.
