New to the show was noticable product placement.

A later investigation into production of the series by the Pennsylvania Bureau of Labor Law Compliance suggested that product placement was one of the factors that ran afoul of children's labor laws in the state,[1] despite the fact that there were no laws in the state clearly addressing youth involvement in reality programming.[2]
