March 2017[edit]

Hello, I'm Non-dropframe. I noticed that in this edit to William H. Natcher Parkway, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Non-Dropframe talk 01:19, 23 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

ADHS Talk[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Bitmapped. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Appalachian Development Highway System, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. If you're going to change the distances, you need to provide citations showing the distances you're listing. Bitmapped (talk) 00:44, 3 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I've put a message on your Talk Page.

Information icon Hello, I'm WashuOtaku and I recently reversed an edit on the ADHS page. As mention before, please provide adequate sources when making impact changes to the article. Implying a corridor discontinued or a mileage change need references that identify those changes; these can be news articles, government data or another valid source that is deemed creditable. Thank you. --WashuOtaku (talk) 03:25, 26 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Uh, Go click the link to I-175, and you'll see that it was defunct, WashuOtaku ActivBowser9177 (talk) 21:49, 26 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

US 127 in Michigan[edit]

Please don't restore the infobox. It's unnecessary. Furthermore, I-73 in Michigan is essentially cancelled, so while it may officially exist in federal law, it won't exist in Michigan ever unless something changes. If something does change, we can revisit the situation. Imzadi 1979  06:05, 7 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Thanks for letting me know.

Temporary suspension of United's EWR-DEL flight and it's quick resumption[edit]

I came to notice how abruptly you removed Delhi from the destinations list of Newark Liberty International Airport and United Airlines Destinations and Newark from the destinations list in article Indira Gandhi International Airport. For your kind information, United had suspended the Delhi flights only temporarily due to smog and this source which you provided had itself mentioned this clearly. Smog in Delhi was at dangerously high levels only for a short time. Various flights across the world are suspended temporarily due to various reasons. In Wikipedia, the destination of a temporarily suspended flight is not removed and instead a "temporarily suspended" is written in brackets after the name of destination in the table." Destinations are removed from tables only after their flights have been essentially suspended for a permanent time and there is no chance of their resumption in near future. You should be aware of these basic ethics followed in Wikipedia airport articles and also focus on improving your inappropriate edit summaries. Flights are not "killed" or "reincarnated" but are "suspended" or "resumed" or "commenced".

Nevertheless, the Delhi flights resumed even before you removed Delhi and Newark from the concerned articles, i.e. on Sunday itself. Check this source. Next time onwards, please take some time in checking things before making utterly non-sensical and illogical edits. Your edits can be considered to constitute vandalism and you may be blocked if you don't follow these guidelines and repeat your disruptive edits next time. May 2018[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Rob Ninkovich, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. I'm not sure where you got 6'3", but there are published sources which document him at 6'2". Tarl N. I got it from predraft measurements as shown, Tarl (unsigned) ActivBowser9177 (talkcontribs) 17:33, 3 May 2018‎ (UTC)[reply]

See [1]. You're claiming a hurried measurement more than a decade ago is more reliable than the value published for the totality of his career? Tarl N. (discuss) 02:07, 4 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
