How do I see a list of all my sub-folders / sub-articles?

Shea Stadium

Thanks for your help. I guess the next part of my question would be how do I go about changing the name of the Shea Stadium (referring to the home of the New York Mets) to point to the newly created disambiguation page? Also, could you take a look at the disambiguation page to make sure I formatted it correctly?

My recommendation is that you don't change the name of Shea Stadium, because the disambiguation stuff at the beginning should tare care of that...

Formatting

Hi, I don't think there has been any Wikipedia-wide decision to decide to format vectors inline as $\langle a,b,c\rangle$ rather than (a,b,c). Let me give two reasons why I object to this choice of formatting. First of all, it forces the inline PNG rendering of the <math> environment, which is something that should stylistically be avoided whenever possible. Secondly, physicists, many mathematicians (including nearly all differential geometers) use $\langle \cdot ,\cdot \rangle$ as the preferred notation for an inner product (such as the dot product). I'd appreciate it if there can be a centralized discussion somewhere before you continue. Thanks, Silly rabbit (talk) 21:45, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

Well then, could we use <a,b,c> instead, for the reason that vectors are not points (i.e. (x,y,z) ), to distinguish between the two?

Yes, I suppose this is a possibility which I hadn't considered. At least it addresses the first of my concerns, but not the latter. Indeed there may be some merit to having a notation which distinguishes vectors from triples of numbers. I know how to make external links, what I meant was how do I make the popup-text (usually a little yellow box) say "wikipedia policies and guidelines"... Maybe if I post an image, would it help?
