Stop editing disruptively[edit]

You have been changing Wikilinks to redirected Wikilinks with your preferred anglicized spelling of Chinese words. This is pointless, and against Wikipedia policy; the main name of each Wikilinked article has already been decided by a consensus of active editors. Do not continue to change spelling to fit your particular theory of how things should be spelled. Other editors will revert your changes, and to the extent they remain, they will give Wikipedia a hodgepodge of different spellings for no good reason. If you think there is a better way to spell things, take it up at Talk: Pinyin in an open discussion with other editors. If you can secure agreement there, other editors will then join you in "correcting" the spelling.

If you persist in changing spellings for your own reason, this will be considered as Wikipedia:Disruptive editing, and can be grounds to WP:BLOCK your edits. Please use your energy and knowledge in a more constructive way. See the Welcome message above for suggestions on what to work on. Cheers! Reify-tech (talk) 20:54, 25 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
