I am prepared to give you a second chance, after consulting the administrator who blocked you, and Anthony Bradbury, who has commented below. I trust you will be careful this time. Not to sound too ominous and authoritarian, but would you mind telling us what sort of editing you want to do that you'd like to be unblocked for? - Vianello (Talk) 06:27, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Gregory1132 (talk) 07:36, 1 October 2012 (UTC)i want to correct the name of my school on wikipedia(Bemrose community school-The Bemrose School)[reply]

The name of the School is corrected within the text of the article. What else do you want to do?--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 11:51, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

the schools name in the article is still showing as 'Bemrose Community School' Not 'The Bemrose school'

It dropped the Community in 2008 and in 2011-2012 adopted The at at the begining of its name if you dont belive me http://bemrose.derby.sch.uk/ Gregory1132 (talk) 18:52, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I do not disbelieve you. I have re-read the article, and the word "community" does not appear in it, either as title or text. I say again, if unblocked what else do you want to write about? --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 11:46, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bemrose school was the 1820 something school,Bemrose community school(as it is still on wikipeida) is now the bemrose school.

I also would like to put a note on the ubuntu tv page saying that many of the icons are a mockup and that so far no manufacturer has shown interest(according to ubuntu wiki).

  • I see that there were two duplicate articles on the same school, one at Bemrose Community School and one at Bemrose School. I have now changed Bemrose Community School into a redirect to Bemrose School. I was going to unblock you, believing that the above was just a misunderstanding, as you were referring to one article, and Anthony Bradbury to the other, neither of you realising that there were two articles. However, I checked your editing history, and saw that you had several times edited Bemrose School, so you clearly knew it existed, and I am slightly puzzled as to why you didn't explain that you were referring to a different article. I am still inclined to give you another chance, but I will be happier doing so if you can clear up my doubts about that. JamesBWatson (talk) 14:06, 4 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I searched for Bemrose School and found it. Perhaps I should have looked further? But you could have said.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 21:07, 4 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry if i caused any confusion, after i made those edits i spoke to mrs ward the current head teacher, and she told me that Bemrose school closed and Bemrose community opened on its grounds. i belived when i said bemrose community school changed to The Bemrose school(yes they added THE at the start) that anthony would search for bemrose community school Gregory1132 (talk) 06:37, 5 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
