Thanks[edit]

Thanks for correcting my userpage with the javascript. My userboxes were messed up, and you didn't vandalize me or anything. Thanks again. Stallions2010 22:53, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for fixing my UN userbox. Slick move with the JavaScript. —chair lunch dinner™ (talk) 00:33, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It seems as if your talk page is filling up fast on this topic, but thanks for helping fix up my user page. I would have done it my self if I had been warned that it was going to happen, but thanks --T-rex 00:40, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks here too. VodkaJazz 21:53, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to say thanks as well. - Square pear 03:46, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Stop vandalizing my userpage![edit]

Don't touch MY userpage. --UVnet 12:55, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about that. I thought you deleted my userboxes.
What you did is you replaced the already deleted ones with non template versions right? --UVnet 13:07, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You will continue fixing boxes on my page right? --UVnet 14:06, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I will, unless someone else is faster. Don't worry about that.  :-) —Ilmari Karonen (talk) 17:19, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Czech composers[edit]

Hi Ilmari, tx again for your bold step on the Dvořák issue. I come here to ask you an additional favour: also for Leoš Janáček article naming/categorisation was left in a comparable "hybrid" state, see Category:Compositions by Leos Janacek and Category:Operas by Leos Janacek. Could you kick off the bot on an update of the names of these categories too? I don't know how one gets started with that?

As far as composers are concerned as far as I checked all others are "consistent" per description in Wikipedia:Naming conventions (standard letters with diacritics)#Being consistent - but if you still see any others, please proceed, or send me a note, I'll try to occupy myself with it. --Francis Schonken 15:59, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Grave error with atheist userbox[edit]

Thank you very much for the help with fixing up so many user pages, but a mistake has occurred spanning hundreds of userpages in substing the {{user atheist}} userbox based on the unpopular, poorly-designed, and inaccurate out-of-process template recreation which had the Image:No_god.PNG on it, and the highly popular and correct version of the template which was actually being used by those almost-250 users prior to its deletion. If you have a way to access the version of the template from two deletes ago (before it was recreated out-of-process with the imaged version and subsequently respeedied), I strongly recommend replacing all the pages using the subst'd template with the previous, blue-tinted and image-less version as soon as possible. -Silence 23:31, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Template-substitution[edit]

I appreciate that you replaced those 'templates' with their respective images, Mr. Karonen.--Anglius 04:23, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks[edit]

I imagine that you get a lot of thank-yous so I'll make this short. Thanks for your editing on my page. -Damien Vryce 18:39, 1 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Nice work[edit]

Hey, nice work you did on Srikeit's page. I think you just need to go there and check out the mess you have created ;) --Andy123 21:47, 1 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see anything wrong with that page, other than that he's trying to put his userboxes in more columns than will fit on my screen, but it was that way before I ever touched it. Don't get me wrong, I'd be glad to help, if I just knew what the problem was. —Ilmari Karonen (talk) 22:04, 1 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Suggestion, the layout needs to conform to a 3-userbox-per-line sort of thing and it would look fine. That's how mine look. I'm going to attempt to 'prettify' his layout. If I get it right, you'll soon find out. - File:Ottawa flag.png nathanrdotcom (TalkContribs) 04:21, 2 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Featured picture candidate[edit]

I have nominated a picture you have edited on commons, Image:Pregnancy.gif, as a featured picture candidate. The nomination is at Wikipedia:Featured picture candidates/Pregnancy.gif. --Pkchan 12:46, 5 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your efforts[edit]

Thank you for your efforts at fixing the photo at the Opus Dei article. Rodii was able to finally fix it. Again, thanks to you too for trying. Marax 02:17, 6 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hanko panorama[edit]

OK, thanks for the offer - it will be interesting to see what you can do. The original images are here (note that the numerical order is "broken", and goes from right to left, starting at the # mark - but this is the order I'd prefer, due south in the middle of the panorama):

Terveisin, --Janke | Talk 06:04, 6 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

PS: I removed the images themselves, since I have speedied them as "orphans". --Janke | Talk 10:36, 27 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Helsset[edit]

Buorre beaivvi!
