Image deleted - it was not yours

I have just deleted File:Neri Arroyo.jpg as an unambiguous copyright violation. You took this image from a press website yet claimed that you own the copyright and release it into the public domain. Please note that ANY image you find on the internet is copyrighted and cannot be uploaded here under a free licence. The only exception is when the page where the image comes from explicitly states the licence the image is under. Then and only then can you upload the image under a matching licence - Peripitus (Talk) 23:19, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
