420, please tell your brother to cool off a little (for using ANON IP to edit), removing allegedly "stupid comments" like he did on the discussion page of Talk:Glock pistol without any valid reason(s) is not something nice and so is leaving a "Screw You" message on mine. Indeed, the English name of this office is rendered as "Federal service for execution of punishment". U.S. Govt uses a slightly different but just as menacing formula [2] ("Ministry of Justice's Federal Service for the Execution of Sentences (FSIN) prison authorities ...").
