Firefox 23[edit]

I found that under Firefox 23 my shortcut appeared only on some pages; I think some namespaces, e.g. Talk pages, didn't work. After going back to V22, all was well again. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 13:13, 11 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I bit the bullet and "upgraded" to Firefox 25.0.1 and my shortcut disappeared again (monobook or vector); same in Chrome. It still works in IE 8. Can this be fixed or is there an alterantive script? -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 06:32, 2 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I now found that using https: in the statement document.write(' … src="https:// … in my common.js fixed the issue. I suppose I should've used TheDJ's modification of document.write to importscript at {{Navshortcuts}} instead; such are the perils of subst'ed templates. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 05:15, 5 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
