Use of bold type on medal table[edit]

You seem to be an interested party. There is a related discussion in Talk:2008 Summer Olympics medal table#Use of bold type on medal table. -- Tcncv (talk) 15:19, 24 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits to Serie A 2008-09[edit]

Please stop adding that "Teams by administrative region" section into that article. I don't really feel it to be a good idea, as I already stated in the edit summary (where I cited guidelines such as WP:TRIVIA and WP:IINFO). If you think that table is a good addition, just make a proposal in the talk page rather than keep on pushing your version thus going against Wikipedia rules. Thank you. --Angelo (talk) 13:06, 29 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Use English, please, I don't even know which language you're using. --Angelo (talk) 13:09, 29 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Again, do not try adding your content with no prior discussion. This is not the way Wikipedia works. If you keep on violanting WP:POINT, I will be forced to consider your edits as vandalism, with all the given consequences. --Angelo (talk) 10:07, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Edit preview[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In the future, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, reduces edit conflicts, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Thank you.

I notice you made a lot of consecutive changes to 2009 Giro d'Italia, 2009 Giro d'Italia, Stage 1 to Stage 11, and List of teams and cyclists in the 2009 Giro d'Italia. Thanks for your contributions and please continue to contribute, but I do advise you use the edit preview button rather than make so many consecutive edits in so short a time. Helps a lot of things out. Nosleep break my slumber 20:15, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Giro[edit]

Going to 15 goes against long-standing consensus, and yes, I will continue to edit it down to 10. If you think 15 is better, bring it up at the talk page for the cycling WikiProject. If consensus has changed, then so be it, but I really doubt it has. Nosleep break my slumber 07:32, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Also, the shading to indicate jerseys is a result of consensus. Nosleep break my slumber 07:36, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Could you please just for now at least leave the page as it is, until there's a response at WT:CYC to my posting? Nosleep break my slumber 16:23, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 12:52, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I feel I owe you an apology[edit]

I should not have reacted to your edits the way I did. We're told to not bite the newcomers, and I think that's exactly what I did. I'm sorry. I should have been enthusiastic to have a new contributor to the Cycling WikiProject. I hope you remain as one. I still think the tables the way you've been writing them are garish, and I'm in process of writing a style guide for stage reports that will have consensus behind it. If you'd like to, you can help us form that consensus - discussion is taking place at User talk:Nosleep/Style guide/Short stage race. Once consensus is formed, I will edit the Giro tables to reflect it, and I ask that you abide by that consensus.

Thanks, and please keep contributing. Nosleep break my slumber 09:22, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Copying other articles as a means to start new one[edit]

It's not an unreasonable way to do things, but you must fully revise your new article before you post it. You had standings from this year's Giro d'Italia in 2008 Tour de Pologne, and now there are riders (and even DNS and DNF's) from the Giro in your teams/cyclists list for the Dauphiné Libéré. You need to stop doing that. Write something as a complete and full draft before hitting "save page." Nosleep break my slumber 18:32, 28 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Giro d'Italia stage recaps box[edit]

I know that the Giro d'Italia has a pink jersey for the general classification leader. But the colour in the stage overview is not yellow, but the wikipedia "toccolours"-standard. Therefore, it should stay this colour stick to the Wikipedia style. --EdgeNavidad (talk) 18:59, 28 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

ok, sorry

No problem! --EdgeNavidad (talk) 07:12, 29 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What was that about?[edit]

If there is any particular contribution that I have made that you disagree with, then by all means let's discuss it. But don't presume to tell me what or how to edit in such an insulting tone. Kevin McE (talk) 20:36, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is List of Airbus A380 routes. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Airbus A380 routes. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:08, 11 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

List of U.S. states by Ethnic groups[edit]

Hello and thanks for contributing List of U.S. states by Ethnic groups. There are some major problems with the article, however: what does the article mean by "white", "black", etc.? The boundary between white, black and hispanic can be almost impossible to define: are the categories based on groups that people were asked to specify in a census, or on the group someone else decided they were in? What if someone has parents from two of these groups: are they one, the other, or both? The article's an interesting idea, but I don't see how it can be done accurately and objectively. Please let me know if I can help with this. Thanks, Empty Buffer (talk) 21:27, 3 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article List of U.S. states by Ethnic groups has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unreferenced, original research per WP:NOR. This is probably an impossible article to write accurately and objectively, since the definitions for the ethnic groups listed vary widely, and even using a single definition of the ethnic groups (e.g. U.S. census data) the data will vary continuously by any given time period.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Giro Infobox[edit]

Hi I saw you changed the infobox on the Giro d'Italia page. I was looking at the coding and it had several errors in it (with spelling and some image issues). The image looks aesthetically pleasing in smaller form, not so blown up. I put the old infobox for now, if you work on the other one and fix the issues I think it would look really nice, if it was you who created the layout for the infobox. ThurstAsh13 (talk) 04:06, 14 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your hard work![edit]

I saw the nice table you made for the article UEFA stadium categories. However, the team crests cannot be included there because they do not satisfy free content criteria. That's why the images carry a free use tag in their descriptions. I made the changes and hope you understand. Thank you and I hope you keep making good improvements on Wikipedia with those things in mind! :-) --Marco Guzman, Jr (talk) 02:30, 19 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Brackets[edit]

I see you started a bracket for the Europa League. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:ELBracket Too bad it wasn't finished. The code is really hard too handle. Maybe i give it a try. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on 2010–11 Nemzeti Bajnokság I (Handball), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.

Template:Hb team Ciudad Real has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for discussion page. Thank you. Mhiji 23:35, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Finnish League and Cup articles[edit]

Hi Kov 93. I am making contact with those Editors that take an active interest in Finnish football on English Wikipedia.

For a long time I have been happy to work on Finnish football on Wikipedia without making contact with other Finnish football enthusiasts - basically I like preparing articles / undertaking tasks that interest me and contact with others has not been important. However recently some of my work was changed by a Wikipedia Reviewer and this has led me to question what approach I should be following and indeed what approach would other Finnish football enthusiasts wish to adopt?

The current issue I face is the naming of Finnish Football League and Cup pages. I have adopted the approach that we should always be using the Finnish name in the title, for example 2007 Ykkönen and 2001 Veikkausliiga. However, I am aware that words like Mestaruussarja mean very little to most English speaking Wikipedia users. I therefore have included the English name in the title as well in recent pages, for example, 1936 Mestaruussarja – Finnish League Championship, 1938 Suomensarja – Finnish League Division 2 and 2000 Kakkonen – Finnish League Division 2. I thought that this approach might be a suitable naming convention until the Reviewer changed "2012 Suomen Cup - Finnish Cup" back to 2012 Finnish Cup.

The basic question I am asking is whether Finnish League and Cup articles should have a Finnish or English title or some form of hybrid?

I provide examples below:

Finnish Title English Title Hybrid Title
2012 Veikkausliiga 2012 Finnish Championship 2012 Finnish Veikkausliiga
2012 Kolmonen 2012 Finnish Division 3 2012 Finnish Kolmonen
2012 Suomen Cup 2012 Finnish Cup 2012 Finnish Suomen Cup
2012 Suomen Liigacup 2012 Finnish League Cup 2012 Finnish Liigacup
1938 Maakuntasarja 1938 Finnish Division 3 1938 Finnish Maakuntasarja
1954 Suomensarja 1954 Finnish Division 2 1954 Finnish Suomensarja
1970 II divisioona 1970 Finnish Division 2 1970 Finnish II divisioona
1986 III divisioona 1986 Finnish Division 3 1986 Finnish III divisioona
1997 Ykkönen 1997 Finnish Division 1 1997 Finnish Ykkönen

I have read Wikipedia:Naming conventions (use English) and Wikipedia:Article titles but have not reached a firm conclusion yet on the best way forward in establishing a consistent approach. The issue does matter with respect to the corrections I must make to existing pages and the tens of pages yet to be prepared. It could also carry implications for some of the articles that you currently contribute to.

I think that the matter would best be addressed on a proper basis and encourage that the issue is considered on the Talk Page of the Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Finland task force. If the matter is of concern to you as well, please add your name to the list of participants on the main page.

You may also wish to comment on the project structure that I have prepared.

Kind regards - (Finnish Gas (Finnish Gas 13:38, 23 February 2012 (UTC)).[reply]

Small request regarding kit makers and shirt sponsors in league season articles[edit]

Hi Kov,

I see you have spent most of your day adding "Personnel and sponsoring" information to the newest crop of UEFA domestic league season articles. Very good work so far. However, the kit maker and shirt sponsoring columns require references in order to verify the given information. Could you thus add your sources for each league, please? For a proper example how this table should ideally look like, go to 2011–12 Fußball-Bundesliga#Personnel and kits; either add the reference(s) to the column header if there is a reference for all teams, or add them team-by-team if each team has its own reference. Thanks in advance and have a nice week, Soccer-holicI hear voices in my head... 13:03, 27 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Nonfree images not allowed in templates![edit]

Please note that, per NFCC #9, nonfree images, including logos, may be used only in articles, and may not be used outside article space. Because templates are not considered articles, and are outside article space, nonfree logos may not be used in templates. Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 01:17, 6 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

2012 Norwegian Premier League[edit]

Recent edits to Olympic medal tables[edit]

It's become clear that your recent edits to all the Olympic medal tables (e.g. [1], [2]) have caused a number of issues by breaking the sorting parameter (due to the use of rowspans and removing symbols that are needed per WP:COLOUR. I've managed to fix a few of these so far but I'd ask that you go back and undo your edits youself and in future be more careful. Thanks - Basement12 (T.C) 16:44, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Medal table pictograms[edit]

Before you add anymore, they aren't really necessary and are too small to have any visual impact, I imagine they'll also cause WP:ACCESS problems. Certainly needs a discussion before implementation - Basement12 (T.C) 23:12, 28 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Szia!

Bocs a zavarásért. Látom, aktívan részt veszel a Magyarország londoni olimpiai szereplésének szerkesztésében.

This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it must be substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{substituted}}</noinclude>).

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by visiting the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 21:03, 5 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Countries at the Olympics tables[edit]

Hi, I noticed you were doing large updated of many Olympic Games participation table for many nations, but I was thinking the introduction of flags for the host cities detracts from the readability of the table, in my opinion. 2013–14 EHF cup edits[edit]

Hello. Please stop with the vandalism in the 2013–14 EHF Cup article and renaming of the club name from Csurgói to Csurgó as it is clearly wrong. Regardless of the name of the town where the team is from, the club is clearly known officially as Csurgói (wiki: Csurgói KK, club's official website: [3], EHF profile: [4]). The same name is written on the teams official crest. Whatever is you personal opinion on the matter it is clearly wrong, per official links, and it doesn't really matter. You are heading into an edit war and further measures to protect the article will have to be applied if your persistent vandalism continues. Hello. As I have said before.. Your personal preferences and what you think is right does not matter. If you disagree then feel free to open a discussion on the article's talk page. Regards, Ratipok (talk) 17:32, 21 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2013–14 Slovenian First League (men's handball), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ribnica (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Proposed deletion of 1995–96 European Cup (water polo)[edit]

The article 1995–96 European Cup (water polo) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable sports event. No evidence of awards, charting or in depth coverage in independent reliable sources.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. Non-free image use[edit]

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. We always appreciate when users upload new images. However, it appears that one or more of the images you have recently uploaded or added to a page, specifically List of political parties in Hungary, may fail our non-free image policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading or using a copyrighted image of a living person. For other possible reasons, please read up on our Non-free image criteria. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:04, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free image use in templates, etc.[edit]

Hi Kov93. I noticed that you have added a number of non-free logos to various templates. Please be advised that non-free content is only allowed to be used in the article namespace per WP:NFCC#9. This means non-free images are not to be used (i.e., displayed) on user pages or talkpages or in templates, etc. I also noticed you've been adding non-free logos to various articles as well. Each use of a non-free image is required to satisfy all 10 of the non-free content criteria listed in WP:NFCCP; moreover, non-free use is typically not allowed in certain cases as explained in WP:NFG, WP:NFLISTS, MOS:LOGO and WP:NFC#UUI (in particular Nos. 14 and Nos. 17 or NFC#UUI). MY suggestion to you is to check a file's licensing before adding it to an article. If the file is non-free content, then you need to make sure that the way you want to use the image complies with WP:NFCC. Failing even a single one of the non-free content criteria means that the image should not be used in that particular way. Please understand that each use of a non-free image is evaluated separately so the fact the other similar images are being used in a similar way does not really mean much. Lots of non-free images are being used incorrectly in articles and they just haven't been removed or otherwise addressed yet. Other images may also be freely licensed or in the public domain and, therefore, not subject to Wikipedia's non-frree content policy. So, if you're not sure of whether a particular non-free use is OK, feel free to ask for assistance at WP:MCQ or WT:NFCC. -- Marchjuly (talk) 14:01, 12 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free use rationales[edit]

Hi again Kov93. Just for reference, each use of a non-free image is required to have a separate non-free use rationale which is specific to that specific use per WP:NFCC#10c which shows how all 10 of the non-free content criteria are satisfied for that particular use. Simply adding non-free logos without providing proper justification in the form of a non-free use rationale on the file's page is not sufficient since there is no automatic entitlement to use non-free content in articles or elsewhere on Wikipedia. It is the responsibility of the person wishing to use a particular non-free image in a certain way to show how its non-free use complies with Wikipedia's policy on non-free content use. Simply adding a non-free use rationale, however, is only one part of the non-free content criteria and does not automatically mean that the use is problem-free. The rationale needs to appropriate address all 10 criteria and show how each of them is satisfied.

Finally, non-free content use on Wikipedia can be tricky at times and mistakes are going to be made by both new and experienced editors; however, continuing to add images without providing the appropriate non-free use rationales is going to eventually be seen as disruptive, which in turn may lead to an administrator being asked to intervene. This is the third post I've made on your talk page regarding non-free image use, so it might be a good idea to slow down adding such images and ask questions about their non-free use if you're not sure. As I posted above, specific questions can be asked at WP:MCQ and WT:NFCC. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:53, 13 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. You need to provide reliable sources when adding information to an article, esp. when it is a living person. The burden is with YOU to so. Adding unsourced information will be viewed as disruption and can lead you to being blocked from editing. Please DO NOT re-add unsourced information to a biography once it has been removed. Thanks. Lugnuts Precious bodily fluids 12:23, 2 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy by inserting unsourced or poorly sourced defamatory or otherwise controversial content into an article or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Péter Molnár (canoeist).

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Ferencvárosi TC (sports club). Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Ferencvárosi TC in European handball, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page TSC Berlin (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). An article you recently created, Hungarian Swimming National Championships, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello, Kov 93. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, SC Pick Szeged in European handball, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

Notice

The article Vasas SC in European handball has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails notability guidelines at WP:SPORTCRIT, team plays at second tier level.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hello, Kov 93. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Hungarian Swimming National Championships".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 22:16, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on 2018–19 Nemzeti Bajnokság I (men's volleyball) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. EHF Club Ranking[edit]

Hi,

They are totally bogus. We should not accept these rankings as valid. Of course that from Hungarian perspective, you are happy, but I am not happy as a Romanian and some others aren't also. We should only let the European Cups. It's enough to see Gyor, Ferencvaros or Siofok were top. Craiova is 41th after winning the EHF Cup, CSM Bucharest is 10th after winning the Champions League, plus two bronzes. Actually CSM was 12th last season. The rankings are totally bogus, rankings for last 20 years or what? With Buducnost second? We already have counted medals in every competition. Hypo is 17th. And now can be Vipers 15th and CSM only 10th, REALLY? Vipers won EHF, CSM won CL plus two bronzes. Vipers might not even get a bronze this season, and these rankings were published before this week anyway. LUBIN 25th because of Challenge Cup? Be careful, these rankings are absolutely trash. Bera Bera 22nd and Dinamo Sinara with a bronze in CL 21st. 1abril02 (talk) 23:53, 11 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, 2019 Hungarian Swimming Championships, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. An article you recently created, List of Hungarian Swimming Championships champions (men), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. New articles generally need at least two (but preferably more) references from reliable sources that are independent of the subject that discuss the subject with significant coverage (trivial mentions do not contribute to notability).(See Rule 42) Information that can't be referenced to reliable sources should be removed from the draft because verifiability is necessary for information added to Wikipedia.
I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of Draft: before the article title) where you can work on the article with minimal disruption from other users while you improve it.
When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready to be published, you can move it back to the article space yourself. However, I recommend that instead of moving it yourself that you follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template that I have added to the page. This submits the article to be reviewed by experienced editors that specialize in helping new editors write their first articles. — Insertcleverphrasehere (or here)(click me!) 12:46, 9 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Lists of Hungarian Swimming Championships champions[edit]

Hello, Kov 93,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username John B123, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged Lists of Hungarian Swimming Championships champions for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. You may find our guide for writing quality articles to be extremely informative. Also, you may want to consider working on future articles in draft space first, where they cannot be deleted for lacking content.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|John B123}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Hello Kov 93,

I see you have recently made edits to the 2020 Tour de Hongrie article. I want to point out that, in order to strive to make cycling race articles as uniform and standard in structure and form, there are certain established stylistic norms to be followed. If you need some articles to reference, you can look at these: 2019 Tour de France, 2020 Paris–Nice, or 2020 Tour de Pologne. Let me know if you have any questions. Választókerületek[edit]

Köszi szépen a munkádat. --Norden1990 (talk) 21:47, 30 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article List of postal codes in Hungary has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:NOTDIRECTORY: consensus to delete "just a list of postal codes" articles demonstrated in previous AfDs ([5], [6]).

In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. asilvering (talk) 04:36, 21 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, 2021–22 Nemzeti Bajnokság I (men's volleyball), is not suitable as written to remain published. I see you created 2022 Tour of Szeklerland and 2016 Tour of Szeklerland. Do you plan on editing the 2016 edition currently its just a blank page? Also this race is a 2.2 rated race most races that have separate articles are 2.1 or higher this is because it is harder to find sources for these races. As of now I have struggled to find any information about the 2022 edition apart from the official website and stat websites and these do not provide much detail. Do you have access to more sources to help these articles? Paulpat99 (talk) 22:57, 9 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
