I'm not sure what part you are having a hard time with. You need to make the mandatory disclosure of your conflict of interest. This process is explained in WP:COI. I warned you that you had to follow the instructions in WP:COI (specifically, the WP:DCOI section) before you edited further. Your contribution log is publicly visible and we can see this is not true. You made an edit here, but had not yet disclosed your conflict of interest.
