Leeds Wikipedia meetup on Saturday 4th May[edit]

Hello there! Interested in having a chat with fellow Wikipedians? There's a meetup in Leeds on Saturday 4th May 2024, at the Tiled Hall Café at Leeds Central Library.

Full details here.

You're receiving this one-off message as you're either a member of WikiProject Yorkshire, you've expressed an interest in a previous Leeds meetup years ago, or (for about 4 of you), we've met :)

I plan to organise more in future, so if you'd like to be notified next time, please say so over on the meetup page.

Please also invite any Wikimedia people you know (or have had wiki dealings with) – spread the word! Hope to see you there.

Rico Lewis[edit]

Hello. Dude. There are many sites that confirm the actual full name of Rico Lewis. And after doin research on those Prem lists; i found out a large number of irregularities and wrong spellings as well as no complete names. Just fyi Rubenaf16 (talk) 19:44, 13 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Rubenaf16: While the Premier League lists aren't always a hundred percent (and no source is, tbf), Henry simply isn't part of Lewis' full name. Per findmypast, his birth was registered with the first names of "Rico Mark". Henry seems to have originated from when his page here was first created with the full name given as "Rico Henry Lewis", despite the Premier League source used at the time giving his only middle name as Mark. Perhaps the editor who created the page, @OZOO:, could shed some light? I'm assuming you got him confused with Rico Henry? Mattythewhite (talk) 20:02, 13 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Alright so one question I have is what are "task forces" and stuff? I was thinking about joining one but I don't know how to Keegan6969 (talk) 12:53, 14 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Keegan6969: Task forces are groups focused on certain topic areas. If you post a link to a task force I'll try to help you with joining. As for stuff, you'd have to specify what you mean. ;-) Robby.is.on (talk) 14:34, 21 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

IFFHS world team for Rodri[edit]

Hello, I see the IFFHS world team was removed from Rodri’s honor list. I agree that to some extent it’s not that notable, but I think we just need to align it with all others’. Or we may need to remove this item from all other players who have received it to make it consistent. Waiwai444 (talk) 07:49, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Jude Bellingham[edit]

Hi mate, I agree not every goal is notable but this article already includes Bellingham's goal contributions in El Classico from previous games. I would argue as a personal achievement, which is what we're looking at since it is an individual's wiki page, scoring the winner in La Liga's biggest fixture of the season should be considered a notable contribution and therefore should be included. It can't be any worse than including goals against Girona or Charlton Athletic for example as is the case on his page. Wikipedeon (talk) 18:57, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
