You obviously aren't a newbie to Wikipedia, and you've been asked by several editors in their edit summaries to discuss your edits before fighting over them. I suspect the best place to discuss what you want is at Wikipedia talk:Noticeboard for India-related topics#Punjabi script. And I've reverted your additions again. If you would like to work on building an article somewhere without other people getting in the way, I suggest you do that at Draft:Punjabi script. You should bear in mind WP:GNG though: there's no place on wikipedia for an article unless its topic has received significant, independent coverage.
