Phantasm (film)[edit]

Phantasm is an influential 1970s cult classic (that I happen to love). The existing article is a stub with a good start but little development. Because of its cult status, there is a decent amount written about the film. I found, for instance, 790 unique google hits. Given the newness of the HCOTM, and relatively small membership, as yet, its probably a good idea to launch the first collaboration with a not very obscure film. --Fuhghettaboutit 02:46, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

rather than just doing individual films i'd like to do broader topics like this one. the FAC and PR raised many issues that could easily be addressed to make it an FA.

Dario Argento[edit]

no film director at all has ever been a featured article, and there is tons of material written about DA, could easily be elevated to FA status. this article would also help break the americo-anglocentric bias a bit.
