Working hypothesis

Deletion notifications look like user warnings, even though they're not. Because of their warning-like tone, they discourage editors from performing the actions necessary to save their articles from deletion. The purpose of these redesigns is to:

1. encourage editors to improve their articles
2. keep editors from being discouraged if their article is deleted – make sure the message is not "you did something wrong by having an article deleted and therefore we don't value you as a contributor"

A tag has been placed on [[:{{{1}}}]] requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

It looks like you were just testing the system, and it worked – you created an article on Wikipedia! But I and the other editors here care a lot about the quality of Wikipedia, and we can only accept articles that belong in an encyclopedia.
