Cellularline S.p.A. (formerly Cellular Italia S.p.A.) is an Italian company active in the electronics sector.[1][2]

Founded in 1990, it produces electronic devices (such as headphones, earphones, Bluetooth audio devices, power banks, cables), accessories for mobile devices (such as covers and protective glass), for cars and for bicycles.[3]

In 2013 Cellularline was acquired for 50.3% by L Capital (LVMH Group).[4]
