Founded in 2004 by Dr. Amet Selman, AAA Holding Group is based in London, United Kingdom. Since its establishment, the company has expanded beyond the UK, establishing operations that include a processing facility in Basra, southern Iraq. Situated near the Persian Gulf, this location facilitates logistics and export operations, solidifying AAA Holding Group's position in the fertilizer industry.[1]

In February 2023, AAA Holding Group revealed intentions to engage in technology and raw material exchanges with companies based in the USA and UK. On 3 May 2023, the Group also served as the platinum sponsor for the Ministry of Industry and Minerals' conference on petrochemicals, fertilizers, and mineral investments.[3] The Group took part in the Al Burhan Group Iraq British Trade Fair, marking the inauguration of the IATA center on 14 May 2023. Furthermore, AAA Holding Group participated in the Spring Conferences hosted by IBBC on 16 June 2023.
