Newcastle Greater Mutual Group (NGM Group) is an Australian member-owned bank, formed by the merger of Newcastle Permanent Building Society and Greater Bank in March 2023.^[1]^[2] Both brands were retained as brands of NGM Group.

The merged entity reported a $79 million profit in 2023.^[3]
