Kneisseh (Baalbek) (Arabic: الكنيسه (بعلبك)) is a local authority in the Baalbek District of the Baalbek-Hermel Governorate in Lebanon.

History

In 1838, Eli Smith noted el-Kuneiyiseh's population as being predominantly Metawileh.[1]
