Esow Alben is an Indian track cyclist.[1] He is the first Indian to win a medal at the Junior Track World Championships where he won a silver.[2] In the same year he won 3 gold in at the Junior Asian Track championships.[3]

In 2019, Esow won 3 gold at the Junior Asian Track Championships. The same year, he won the gold medal at the Junior Track World Championships. He also won a silver and bronze medal at the tournament.[4]
