Summary

Description
Русский: Народный комиссариат почт и телеграфа СССР (НКПТ). Стальная либо чугунная крышка телефонного люка (линия прокладывалась в конце 1920-х; до 1932, когда наркомат был переименован) с эмблемой наркомата в виде электрического разъёма и изолятора с молниями, вписанной в десятиконечную звезду. Харьков, угол Московского проспекта и Красношкольной набережной, возле гимназии, где учился академик Вернадский. Данная эмблема использовалась в качестве эмблемы на петлицах формы НКПТ.
