Butcher & Sons * Lived in the house from 1911 to 1935 * He was also the architect of a number of post-exhibition houses in the Gidea park Conservation Area between 1912 and 1920 (#34, #48 Balgores Lane, #52, #55 Crossways, #19 Heath Drive)
* 1 March 1877 : Born in Edmonton to Mr Frederick Joseph Bentley and Mrs Emma Martha Bentley * 3 July 1907: Married Mary Elizabeth Steel at St Andrew - Stoke Newington (Daughter of Mr Charles and Bessy Steel - Born 5-Nov-1871) * 2 Dec 1958 : Died in Dorking, Surrey
