Description
English: The image shows an abraded patch of the sediment rock wall in Eagle Crater, Meridiani, Planum. The abrasion was made by the Rock Abrasion Tool of the Opportunity rover. The image was taken by the rover's Microscopic Imager. The circles are abraded, embedded hematite spherules.
