Aspergillus dybowskii (Pat.) Samson & Seifert Image location: Trail between Bom Successo and Lagoa Amelia, Sao Tome, Sao Tome and Principe A. dybowskii is 2-6 cm., whereas P. clavariiformis is 20-30 mm. in length. That’s the most obvious difference I could see looking at the descriptions. I didn’t bother to translate all the latin though, so there are probably other differences. The specimens we found were at least 2-6 cm. and probably longer. Used references: Consulted expert
