Description
English: w:Acetoacetate decarboxylase w:dodecamer structure with bound w:2-Pentanone bound in its active sites is shown. There are 12 subunits in the structure; a single subunit is colored yellow for context. Inset (bottom right) shows bound 2-pentanone molecule (green) coordinated by nearby amino acid side chains.
