Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. Microsoft has released no such images into the public domain, and a replacement image could not be created that would adequately provide the same information.
2. It is a low resolution screenshot of a video game.
3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the video game in any way.
4. The image is being used solely for informative purposes, as it serves to illustrate various aspects of the game that are discussed in the article.

Fair-use in Genie Engine[edit]

This image is subject to copyright, however, its use constitute fair-use under United States laws for the following reasons:

1. The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the game;
