To illustrate the paraphernalia of the crimes committed by the individual in question. Specifically, the fetish borne from witnessing the 1961 traffic accident which rooted and magnified in Slivko's mind his escalating "outlet" lust and fetishes, and ultimately became a repeated focus/basis of fatal and non-fatal offenses on his victims.
