Description

Colored pencils manufactured by Berol. This image demonstrates a variety of the Prismacolor imprints which were used. The oldest ones continued using the same typeface as the Eagle imprint for the numbering. A suprizing number of changes were made to the imprint during its years of production from 1969 to sometime after 1995 when the Newell Company (who had also purchased Sanford) bought Berol and shifted production to Sanford.

Note: if the color selection looks a bit odd in this shot it is because I selected the pencils primarily to show the different imprints which were used.
