Description

Ball-and-stick model showing packing in (roughly) 2×2×2 unit cells of the β polymorph of iridium(III) chloride, β-IrCl3, viewed down the diagonal between the crystallographic a and b axes. The crystal structure was reported in Z. Anorg. Allg. Chem. (1965) 339, 57-66, ICSD entry 25716, CSD entry 1601362, COD entry 1534192.
