Visitors to prisons are strictly not allowed to bring cameras or recording devices, therefore it will never be possible to obtain a free image of him. This image was taken by an employee at Jefferson City Correctional Centre; prisoner's are allowed to be photographed during visits by dedicated staff members only. There is no formal agreement or contract regarding said photos; inmates simply purchase the sole copy of them for a fee.
