Im Berliner Ensemble hat Brechts dedeutendes Werk "Leben des Galileo Galilei" am 5.10.71 Premiere. Unter der Regie von Fritz Bennewitz a.G. spielt Wolfgang Heinz (Mitte) die Titelrolle, Ekkehard Schall (r.) und Dieter Knaup (l.) stellen Kardinäle dar.
