Summary

Description
English: Burleigh Street: 62-74: former Cooperative Society.

In the late 1980s/early 1990s, it housed the offices of IXI Ltd, a British software company of the era.

One of the best façades in this part of the city, in 2000 the Cooperative no longer occupied the building.

This building was demolished in the second quarter of 2003.

In September 2004 Robert Sayle re-located to the new building constructed on this site in order that its original site on St Andrew's Street could itself be re-developed. Since 2009 the new building has been occupied by Primark.
