Summary

Description Cappon magro, tipico piatto della cucina ligure fatto di verdure e pesce bollito condito con una salsa verde a base prezzemolo, pinoli, acciughe, capperi e olio. A dispetto dei gamberi è nato come piatto povero per riciclare gli avanzi, ne esistono innumerevoli ricette. Buon con un Vermentino o un Pigato oppure, perché no, con un vino più ricercato come Coteaux de l'Aubance.
