Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	This person is obscure early 20th Century historic figure. Finding images of him is extremely difficult. By chance he appeared in a number of films in the 1910s, and happens to have a imdb page, including an image of him. This is the only image of him I have come across.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This is intended to be the sole image used on the article, and its use is simply to help identify the subject of the article.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This is a portrait of an obscure and long deceased person, only of historic interest. The use of the image is merely to identify him.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: 26 November 1955 If it wasn't for the fact he appears in some minor films in the 1910s, this person may not have an images available of him at all. Thus it is necessary to use the image provided by imdb.com.
