A címer az 1747-ből felkutatott címeres pecsét minden motívumát magában foglalja, de bővített, gazdagított az 1901-től használt és a nemesi hagyományokra jobban utaló új címerpajzzsal, valamint a település döntően katolikus jellegét és a helyi egyház tiszazugi szerepét is megjelenítő latin kereszt ábrázolásával.
Csépa címere a sajátos, lófejpajzsra (lovas szolgálat) emlékeztető tárcsapajzs, közepén természetes színű behajlított páncélos vitézi kar ezüstös-feketés szablyát tart. A búzavirág-kék pajzs fölött - amely Csépa őszi színét hordozza - fekete vonalakkal erősített természetes színű pántos lovagi sisak, ugyanolyan színezésű tornagallérral és aranyszínű, felül piros, alul kék és piros kövekkel díszített háromlevelű sisakkoronával, mindez úgy, hogy a gallér a pajzs fejében címertörést képez. A gallér nyakában aranyláncon aranyérem függ. A korona fölött (ún. sisakdíszként) kissé oldalra hajló, két, aranyszínű búzakalász található, közöttük ezüstszínű kis latin kereszttel. Az utolsó címermotívum a szimmetrikusan aláhajló díszítő célzatú vörös és ezüstszínű sisaktakaró.
A páncélos kar a kisnemesi falu, a nemesi katonai szolgálat egyik megkülönböztető szimbóluma, a búzakalász pedig táji s egyben vallási jelkép. A település meghatározó színeit, színi jelképét a fontosabb címertartozékok színei adják, azokból vezethető le: ezek a kék és az arany.

Likewise, the Office will not register a government edict issued by any foreign government or any translation prepared by a government employee acting within the course of his or her official duties."
