English: An anonymous 16th century Portuguese illustration present in the famous Códice Casanatense or Casanata Codex. It represents a bathing scene in the city of Muscat in Oman. The inscription reads: "Muscat lies in the coast of Arabia, it's subject to the King of Hormuz"
