Fair use rationale for Burnaby Express[edit]

This image, Image:Coquitlamexpress.gif, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (DJSasso) feel it is covered by the Canadian/American fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of symbol;
2. it is not being used for commercial use
3. the image is only being used for informational purposes.
4. the image portrays the Burnaby Express (formerly known as Coquitlam Express), for which it is being included in
