  • green: AlexaFluor 488-Anti Beta III Tubulin - This antibody was raised against microtubules derived from rat brain. - mikrotubuli colored green with this antibody
  • red: Cy3-Anti MAP2 (HM-2) - The microtubule-associated protein 2 (Map 2) is colored red with this antibody.
  • Yellow color is visible where red and green mix via additive color mixing, Map 2 and mikrotubuli are both present there.

Deutsch: Auf einem Nährmedium kultivierte Nervenzelle aus dem Hippocampus der Ratte, die mit fluorizierenden Antikörpern gefärbt ist. Mikrotubuli sind grün gefärbt, das Mikrotubuli-assoziierte Protein 2 (Map 2) ist rot gefärbt. Die gelbe Farbe entsteht durch additive Lichtmischung aus grün und rot, zeigt also an daß an dieser Stelle sowohl Map 2 als auch Mikrotubuli vorhanden sind.
