Found here in this context. The image was used later as the cover of the book The Dawning of a New Age, Dragons of a New Age, vol. I.

Fair Use rationale for Goldmoon[edit]
This image, DL GoldmoonAndDhamon.jpg, originally found as lance100.jpg, created by Matt Stawicki, is being linked to the Goldmoon article. The image itself is subject to copyright, however, I (ReyBrujo) believe it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It has been released by the copyright owner to promote his work.
- It does not prevent the copyright owner to make profit with it.
- It has a low resolution that prevents the creation of high quality copies that may be used for profit.
- There are no free versions released by the copyright holder about the topic.
- It shows Goldmoon, a long standing Dragonlance character, at an advanced age.
