Summary

Description

Ball-and-stick models of the equilibrium between the square planar and tetrahedral isomers of dichlorobis(triphenylphosphine)nickel(II), (Ph3P)2NiCl2, i.e. C36H30Cl2NiP2. The square planar model is based on the crystal structure of the dichloromethane solvate reported in Acta Cryst. E (2001) 57 m308-m309 and available as CSD entry PEKNIC01. The tetrahedral model is based on the crystal structure of the unsolvated compound available as CSD Communication CLTPNI04.
