Summary

Description
English: Craticulina is a genus of flies in the family Sarcophagidae, but with unusual habits for Sarcophagids; They lay their eggs (larvae actually) on the prey of certain hunting wasps, usually fly-hunters, but this species parasitises a South African Bee-pirate (Philanthus diadema?). The fly is much smaller than the wasp, about 5mm long.
