Description
Italiano: La Disputa sull'Immacolata Concezione del Pordenone è un dipinto (olio su tavola, cm 298 x 198) conservato a Napoli nel Museo Nazionale di Capodimonte (inv. Q 86), facente parte della Collezione Farnese. La grande tavola proviene dalla Cappella Pallavicino nella chiesa di Santa Maria Annunciata a Cortemaggiore, della cui decorazione Pordenone si occupò tra il 1529 e il 1530, e dove è stato sostituito da una copia dell'epoca. Controversa è l'interpretazione iconografica della tavola, per alcuni è raffigurato il mistero del concepimento di Cristo, per altri quello di Maria da parte di Sant'Anna. Anche l'identificazione dei Santi non è completamente certa per l'assenza degli attributi comuni.
