Summary

Description Dr. Ivory Toldson, executive director, White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI), offers remarks during the Department of the Navy (DON) HBCU/MI Cybersecurity/Information Assurance (CS/IA) inauguration ceremony held at the University of the District of Columbia. The CS/IA program is designed to be the DONs premier cyber outreach effort with the goal of reaching our nation's best undergraduate and graduate students in the computer science who attend HBCU/MI. Successful applicants will be invited to participate in a six to seven month program working on mission-critical cyber-related projects with SPAWAR technical professionals.
