Description
English: John Edwin Richard Tessensohn (1855 - 1926), the first Eurasian member in the Legislative Council, appointed 1923. He was President of Singapore Recreation Club non-consecutively for 25 years from 1905 to 1926. Tessensohn Road in Little India is named after him.
