The screenshot is taken from the murder video itself. Using these photos doesn't violate anyone's rights because claiming ownership of these photos means taking responsibility for the murder. It's like the photo of the Jihadi John on his wiki page, or the screenshot from the execution of Daniel_Pearl on his wiki. No one gonna come and claim his artistic rights were violated by Wikipedia by using this screenshot. Same thing with our page. |
