Summary

Description
English: Dextran nanoparticles travel through the bloodstream to reach the target site. Cellular uptake of the nanoparticles allows for active-targeting of tumor cells. Once these nanoparticles reach the tumor cells, drug is release from the core of the nanoparticle.
