Description
English: PL-44700 UK-20158 18/06/45 617 SQN G/C John E. Fauquier, DSO & 2 Bars, DFC., Ottawa, ( 761 Acacia Ave.) is dwarfed by Ten-Ton-Tessie, the 22,000 lb super RAF Grand Slam bomb. This streamlined bomb was dropped by RCAF crews on German targets towards the close of the European hostilities. G/C Fauquier, after two out-standing tours with the Pathfinder force was tagged "King of the Pathfinders"
