Description
English: Engraved portrait of the Italian actor, playwright, and poet Giovan Battista Andreini (1576 or 1579 – 1654). He is depicted here aged 29. This portrait appears in the 1606 edition of his play La Florinda published in Milan by G. Bordone. The original book is held in the public library of Lyon.
